Looking for an easy pattern to make pants for your kids? Try this free pattern by Create Kids Couture. It was the first pattern I used to make pants for my own kids. It’s super simple to follow and great for beginners. If you are using these on a kiddo with a cloth diaper or you just like a longer rise, I would add 2-3″ to the top length of the pattern.
The pants below were made from my own pattern, but is very similar to the free pattern listed above. It’s just been adjusted for my big bottomed, cloth diapered kiddos and I used fat quarters and did some piecing to suite my taste. Happy sewing!
